Is it normal for puppy to pee twice a day?

I have a small/toy? poodle who's 3 months old. I'm in the process of potty training, but he will only pee twice a day. He poops once a day. Is this normal, or could this be because he's in a new environment?

my puppy is a pug/Pomeranian and she pees and pops way More than three or 4 time a day.you could try taking your puppy to the vet.

It is fine.  It could be a sign he is been fed right and he drinks vary little.

It could be a sign that you are not seeing every small wee.

He's a puppy. He will produce waste in direct proportion to the amount of food and drink given him. In hot weather, we drink plenty of fluids, but may not produce a lot of urine, why? Because our bodies absorbed it for cooling and hydration. The dog is no different. If he stops drinking, stops eating or eats very little and quits drinking water, get him to a Veterinarian immediately. Puppies who suffer dehydration die. If you are worried, call your local veterinarian's office, they can advise you.

just like a baby, a puppy will have multiple times that they will poo or pee.

teacup is right, it depends on how much your feeding and watering him, and how often you take him out for walks and to play. so look to how often he is feed and watered.

generally for most animals, you can feed them twice a day, and leave a fresh source of water available to them at all times. the only exception to this is at night, i find it better to leave ice chips down, this way they dont get overly full on water, and can "hold it" through the night. hope i helped.
