Is it normal for shih tzu to attack people ?!?!?

asking because my lil sister was on the floor layind under a cover moving her fingers and feet my puppy dog jumped on her and attacked....funnnnyyy

Funny if she was playing...not funny if she wasn't.

I don't think it is "normal" for any dog to attack...but, any breed of dog can be aggressive.

puppies are very playful...my cavapoo when he was a puppy he would do the same thing. he still does a little bit..but he doesnt bite hard enough to cause pain..thats how u no the difference between play and serious. im sure ur shihtzu was plasying..i have one and shes the sweetest thing in the world

If it was playing, which it sounds like.  Very normal.

If she was not playing. no it is not normal and needs to be addressed immediately.

That does not fall under "attacking people".

Your dog was just playing. Totally normal...unless the dog was visibly angry, growling, biting, and showing teeth you don't have anything to worry about.
