my brother does, it is not what i would call normal, and he often blocks the toilet he uses so much.  its an expensive habit, and unnecessary.

if its very messy down there - i recommend a wet wipe or two, much better than half a roll.

lol,no, but my 3 sons all seem to manage it every time they go. seriously though,  perhaps he should see a doctor

Use as much as you need . Better that than a dirty smelly bottom

No it's not normal, but i knew a guy who used to wrap his whole hand up in tissue then wipe lol that certainly get's through the roles very quickly.

It is if there are no seat covers.  If they need to cover the seat for sitting they may be using the toilet paper to do so.
