Well I have been eating a whole lot lately than before. Before I couldn't even finish a PB&J sandwich without getting full! Now I'm am taking up cross country and after practice I would eat about 2 ham sandwiches, about 10 buffalo wings and an apple pie from McDonalds. And after that I'm STILL hungry! So what is going on?! In conclusion to that, I lost 3 pounds in the past week. (I'm not pregnant. So dont even say that...)

  1. Exercise burns calories. You need to replenish your body somehow. That's part of the reason..other factors:

You are a growing girl haha

  2. You are growing and are getting lots of exercise so you need to eat to maintain that activity level.  It is normal to eat more when you burn more.

  3. Well you might be pregnant...

  4. WELL TRY TO EAT 5 TO 6 MEALS A DAY. 2 TO 3 HOURS SPACED OUT FROM EACH OTHER. ITS NORMAL AS LONG AS YOU WORKOUT ALOT SO YOU WONT GAIN WEIGHT

  5. yes it is very normal i'm a teenager and i am always hungry, when your a teen you need more food then adults do because your body is using alot of energy to grow, you may also have a fast metabolism which causes you to feel hungry quickly after eating, just keep eating like your eating its normal
