Is it normal for this to happen?

so my lil bro and lil sis that recently turned 8 cant always sleep at night like they have trouble falling asleep so they start crying and someone (me or another sibling) goes to stay in there bed while they sleep... it has something to do with how the day went and if alot went on and stuff like that and im realizing my bro has a hard day like almost every day... is this normal? and im 16 if that does anything...

Yeh,  they are little so it's normal for now . but when they grow up then they should not do like that

Adam is right, you just have to inform your parents about it, maybe they have nightmares, maybe they need to see a child psychologist...Crying in their sleep isn't normal at all especially if it has become more regular and panicky now, tell them asap..ok?

This is an issue your parents should be dealing with, it is not normal, at least for the siblings to have to correct this behavior. I can't imagine how awkward it must be.
