  1. Of course it is normal. Repitiiously bending any joint eventually wears out you tendons and ligaments. Breakdancers multiply this injury by adding their body weight to an already bent wrist. This is causes a similar feeling to carple tunnel syndrome. Try to not put all of your weight on your flat palm. Try to elevate the palm of your hand and apply more wight to your fingers. Does that make sense?

  2. i am not sure...probably!

  3. YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE HINT AFTER YOU SIGNED UP FOR "BREAK" DANCING

I LOVE YOU =D GET BETTER!!!!

  4. yes it is,

but keep practicing and they'll become stronger

*make sure u rest for a few minutes if they r hurting though

  5. supposed to be sore when u first start...not supposed to hurt...your doing something wrong lol.

make sure you stretch dude!!!!! i know us guys are like "stretching is for girls".......but all serious bboys do it......for example if you pull a muscle in your thumb, you wont be six-stepping for months! no joke

just stretch out real good in the wrist and fingers and u will be ok. Set 15 min. to stetch even start breakin ;)
