Completely normal, girls usually start to develop more around that age. And don't think of it as weird, I mean, you did it didn't you ;)

Don't think that she is to young, she might have started puberty a bit before others. Just don't go all weird about it over her. It's natural.

It is said that girls start earlier because... It's fairly normal, what is unusual is the fact you know this ? Many kids do 'self-touching' at that age but usually are extremely careful to hide it from parents ! I agree with above, ignore it and don't make a big deal of things.

There is nothing not normal in masturbation. Some children under 5 yrs old do it, and it's just fine. In some case it's to release stress. But at 11, she might just be discovering pleasure.

Don't worry about it, masturbation is natural, good for the health, and it won't get her pregnant. But it has to be done in "private places" ...

hmm, i think it's weird.unless you talked to her about it before, she shouldnt know about such things.you should speak to her.
