Normal? I don't know if that's an acurate word. Is it usual? No, and for good reason. Nothings more unattractive that a large person in a speedo. A large woman in a bikini come close though. Only models should wear speedos in my opinion.

next time you see your brother in his speedo say something like: dude youre fat.

If he says something like "so what" it means hes just comfortable with his body the way it is and let him be.

or maybe hes just trying to hook up with some girl. although girls say speedos are gross they just LOVE to see a mans bulge.

Im a swimmer i wear a speedo only when training but still girls look all the time. this one time i just had to say: "why dont you take a picture" she blushed.
