No, it's not burning, red, pussing, throbbing, or on fire. It's just sore - I can't sleep on that side on my head. It's definitely NOT infected, so don't try to convince me that it is. But I thought it should stop being sore by now. I got it on June 11th.

  1. hahah, i got mine a couple days after you. i can't sleep on mine either. it takes up to a full year to heal. did you get yours done with a gun or needle?

  2. it is very normal...it really takes time to heal..just dont touch it everytime..^_^

  3. I've heard it takes almost a full year for cartilage piercings to heal. If you said it's not infected or bothered, i'd say it's fine. it will hurt if you touch it for months after you get it done. I'm going to get mine done tomorrow actually. (:

  4. mine still hurts and i got it last november

  5. Mine hurt for like the first 8 months.

  6. it can take anywhere from 6-24 months for that to heal and it doesn't ever 100% heal. In other words...after it has "healed" and doesn't hurt you still have to make sure not to get it dirty or you could still get an infection.

Mine hurt for about 6 months (sore to the touch) after i had it done, though.

  7. I had mine pierced and it seemed like it never stopped feeling sore. It wasnt infected either... was just uncomfortable to lay that side of my head down. I ended up taking it out b/c of the pain... And sometimes it still feels sore...

    Hope i helped...! :)
