If I play for a long time then look at this colorful poster on the wall behind the tv, it looks like it's swiveling kinda?

  1. It's a normal reaction to the sudden change in focus and movement from the moving screen (with moving peripheral images too) to the static poster. If your eyesight returns to normal in a blink or two, you are fine. But, if it takes a while for normal focus to return, you are damaging your eyes and affecting your eyesight in the long run (and will probably need to get glasses after serious long-term abuse - just ask anyone who grew up in the 80s heydey of video games with 20/20 vision how they like having bi-focals at age 40). If that is the case, you should definitely stop playing for a while and give someone else a turn (read a mag or book, but don't watch the screen obsessively).

  2. Yes, it happens to me. Its sooo trippy. I think its because your sooo focused at the moving screen that it takes a while for your eye sight to focus.
