Is it normal to balance on one leg?

is it normal to have more muscle in one leg than the other while ice skating? i can lift one foot int he air on one leg but i cant on the other?

  1. i would Say thats not normal... u should no that


  2. a lot of the time one leg is stronger than the other. if you want to balance them out, do more exercise/spins/whatever you use for strengthening on the weak side.  

  3. oh, yeah. definately. i do the same thing. usually your right leg is stronger.

  4. yeah its normal. im a cheerleader and my flying leg that i lift is much stronger than the other. this is normal, but you should try to even yourself out so you arent lopsided. the same goes for flexibility. just whenever you lift one leg, make up for it by doing lifting exercises for the other.
