Is it normal to be 6 foot at 14 years old?

I'm not obsessed with it...I just wanna make sure that I'm normal..well, if thats possible lol. Anyways, I'm not a stud, nor will I ever be.

Why is everyone so obsessed with height?

Height is determined by genetics... if your parents were tall it's likely (but not guaranteed) that you will be.

You can grow all at once or a little at a time during puberty. I was 6' at 13 and didn't grow any more... others are short at 13 and grow when they are 15, 16, or even older.

Enjoy your height - it has lot's of advantages.

Downside - people are always asking you to reach things stored high up.

you ae above normal for your age but you will be a stud with the girls as you will be THE MAN on your basketball team.
