Is it normal to be nauscious after running up and down 30 flights of stairs?

I ran up and down once on my office building and at 11 and I'M STILL NAUSEATED it's almost 12 now..

  1. yea myron is right, i often get nausious after hard speed drills and hill workouts.


  2. Yes. You could take some aspirins or tylenols to relax your body, if you think you can hold them down. It would relax your body muscles overall which should help with your chuck chuck feelings. Of course if you think they will wind up like missles flying across someone's cubicle then don't do it. You could try a tummy stretch in the bathroom with your arms above your head.

  4. That's not unusual if you're not in shape. If you had food in your stomach, it could go sour for a while. It should be gone before you even read this.
