Is it normal to be very maternal at 21 ?

Question

I'm only 21 and i would never get pregnant until I'm married or in a stable relationship AND a lot older. but I'm very maternal i love baby's and i think about having a baby a lot . . i would never act on it. just wondering if any women have experienced this at my age?

you're not a kid anymore, not supposed to be anyway. its perfectly natural, and most women do start to have families at this age. I'm 22 and expecting baby #2, mother instinct is super strong. :)

I had my first child a few months after my 21st birthday.  I was VERY maternal and my husband was a great Daddy right off the bat.  All my friends always said I was "mothering" in high school and even more so in college.  Some of us are just naturals at it.  lol

It is not the age but the person. I have always loved children. Started babysitting when I was 13. I became a mother at a young age and have 4 now. They are wonderful.

Yeah, I would think so. I'm 21, married and pregnant so I an understand the maternal feelings that you have. I don't think there is anything abnormal about it at all.
