It's strange. I don't mind touching people, i'm not shy at all about that, it's just I feel uncomfortable with other people touching me. I mean hugs, or putting their arm around me or something like that. Is that normal?

  1. I don't like touching OR being touched and people say I am frigged...lol so I guess not, but it is who you are, live it and love it!

  2. Yes, that's completely normal. Many people are like that. I don't mind touching other people, either, but I don't like to be touched at all, unless it's family or a close friend. Some people just have different levels of comfort, or are mistrusting of people, especially ones they don't know very well.

  3. I think a lot of people feel that way, but I read once that not liking to be touched is one result of not being held a lot in the first weeks of one's life.  This happens to premature babies frequently because they are placed in incubators when other babies are held by their parents and by nurses.

  4. Yes it is normal as there are a lot of people who are the same, where others like me don't mind being held like being hugged, i know a couple of people in my own family are like you and because we know that we don't do it to them, and yet others in my family are like me, so it is normal.
