I havent seen her in 2 years and she's going back here in the University to hang out with me. We were roomates before and we're friends..not close but we eat together and hang out and what not. I dont know but I feel shy seeing her. I hate awkward silence when we spend time together... Seems like a lot of things changed in our lives and we are completely different person now!

  1. I think it's normal... It's been 5 years since I've seen my college roommates, and it'd be a little weird to see them again.  I'm a completely different person now, and I'm sure they are too.

Before you see her again, try to remember some funny stories from when you were roommates, and whatnot, so you can pull those out if there's any awkward silence

  2. yes it is normal, it surely is, it happens because since a lot of time has passed your interests, behaviour, concerns and dealings change, no matter how best a friends were you when u meet again u expect each other to be the same and u arent the same then this happens.

this can be avoided only if u people keep on meeting in the mean while and avoid huge breaks
