Whenever I get really drunk I always feel like I am sober. Even though I have had 5 or 6 drinks in under an hour. I act like a drunk person, but my head keeps telling me I am sober and just having fun. Does anyone else get that way?

  1. During intoxication, ones mind will not always think clearly; especially in this case. My take on it is to not think what is wrong is right. Always drink responsibly.

  2. Yes, and that's how drunk people get pulled over for DUI or worse yet, get into an accident.

  3. Yes!

I once thought I was on a long journey to conquer the world.

    Quite a ride it was!

When I woke up I found out that I had been in a coma for a week and that my premed frat bothers had me hooked up to an IV of straight Vodka.

No lie! Felt normal as the day I was born.

Then there was that time when I was with a bunch of drunk sailors drivign around and we got stopped by the DoD base police. They let me drive back because I was "the most sober". I was frying on acid. Colors, trails, yeah! And it was all so normal.

  4. Yup. My rule is 2 drinks then water the rest of the night if I'm driving. Booze will sneak up on you.

2 drinks for me and I'm @ 6'4" 260 pounds. Smaller folks might want to make it 1 and done.

  5. No, Thats Exactly How I Felt And Acted When I Realized  I Was A Alcoholic At 22.

  6. Drunks often experience periods of lucidity after a long period of drinking.  Great insights can be had during those times.
