  1. Yes, hormones are causing the mood swing

  3. Yes, it's normal.  I've been dealing with that problem for over twenty years and it has caused some major problems in my relationships and jobs.  I recently got on a mild antidepressant and that has evened out the emotional highs and lows that I used to experience during my period.  I suggest you tell a parent and ask if they will take you to a physician for a consultation.

  4. Yes it's normal.  I'm 45 and I still cry like a baby.  LOL

  8. Perfectly normal. not to worry.

what you are experiencing is PMS. (pre-menstrual syndrome).

it happens about two weeks before your period, and it can last until the day after your period ends.  right before you start your period your body releases a hormone thru out your body causing you to feel extremely moody.

  10. oh its soooo normal as long as your not acting crazy.  Our hormones just get out of control.  Watch your diet during your period...stay away from caffeine.  If you are really out of control with your emotions you should talk to your doctor.

  11. Your 13 years old....it's probably just hormones. But it could be PMS. If it is PMS doctors can prescribe medicines for you to help you through that time of the month.
