Everywhere I go i feel like someone is watching me or following me.. I know it might not be normal but I'm asking anyway. I'm getting freaked out right now to the point where I really don't feel like going anywhere.

  1. Yes, it is not only normal, but will help you to increase your spiritual awareness.

So do not worry, enjoy the natural awareness.

I think, the phenomenon will vanish automatically after taking you to a certain level of awareness.

  2. If you feel you can't leave the house then you need to talk to someone, maybe a counselor. Everyone gets jumpy like that sometimes but don't let it take over your life.

  3. oh, its ok. i used to feel that way too. dont worry no one is watching you. just dont go out at night, you'll be fine.

  4. If it's affecting you to the point that you don't want to go anywhere maybe you should talk to someone about it, everyone gets a bit paranoid at times, but it could get serious.

  5. i dont think any ones watching you or i hope  not  have you ever seen anyone fallowing you .. try to go out for alittle bit at a time just to prove to yourslef that theres no one there to harm you.. or aska friend to go with you if your going out  at night  for a time until you feel more comfortable with yourself..  i hope things go well with you....

  6. Ya but eventually it will go away

  8. I suspect you might be going through an anxiety phase. It might help to talk about before it can get worse.

  9. ok heres the plan: Take a friend with you one day and see if they feel it to. If they do then maybe call the police. If they don't and you really are having a hard time functioning, go see a consular, if your in college try one there, they usually don't charge and are happy to help. If in high school do likewise. If out of high school and you don't want to pay anyone, here are some good sites where you can get information and seek help.

  11. No, it's not normal. You should talk to a mental health expert. If these feelings are interfering with your life because you can't go and do the things you want to do, it's time to seek help.
