Is it normal to feel like this for a few days after surgery/ anethseia?

I had surgery on tues where i was put under anesthetic and ever since i've felt very hot, teary, tired, lethargic and my moods are changing rapidly. When will this blow over and is this normal as i am quite worried?

It is quite normal.  I have been there myself several times.  But as you are worried, take baby boo's advice and contact your doctor.  He will be able to ease your mind.

Not usually, depends on what type of surgery you had.

my anesthetist said that after being under general anesthetic you can feel lightheaded/faint occasionally for up to a month afterwards. However, I did not experience this.

when i had surgery i had a little of the same problem i couldent walk i was always dizzy. it took a week or two to wear off. but you should call your doctor just in case
