And will they get worse if you continue to play for, say 1 1/2 hours everyday? Or will your arms build up a tolerance to it?

  1. oh, yeah, i get them all the time, especially if i have a hard or to much air ball, but keep at it, yes ur arms will get stronger if u keep at it, but maybe get a better ball!

  2. Well, i think your arms are just not used to the ball hitting them yet.  They should get better, and your arms should get stronger, too. I think if you practice more then they should go away. If not, you should see a doctor.

  3. yes, after a week of playing your for arm where you bump the ball will get tighter and you will not burse

  4. Definitely. I just had a volleyball tournament on Saturday but i hadn't played in the previous week much at all. so now, speaking of which, i have a bruise on my right arm. /don't worry about it at all. it is merely a bruise from the ball smacking against your arm. it will go away in a while. (if not ... maybe u should look into it)    *hope it helps!*

  5. i think its okay and u should build a tolerance to it but if it gets worse get it checked out by ur doctor

  6. ya your arms will get use to it you havent played in awhile its normal
