I was trying on running shoes today and the girl (who def. knew about shoes) had me in size 11, when normally in fashion sneakers/dress shoe im about a mens 9. Is this normal to go up two sizes? She said i shoudl have a fair amount of room between my toes and the front of the shoe, hence the sizing up. and it did feel alright. Maybe a little big at the back but when I laced them differently they were fine.

im going to special order the shoes since they didnt have the color I wanted but is this kind of normal to go from a mens 9 to 11 for a running shoe???
