Is it normal to hate small children?

Okay,maybe hate is a strong word. But I cannot stand kids! I hate how they act and I never want to have any cause I'm afraid I will hate it too. I have absolutely NO patience for children. Everytime I see one, I twitch in horror no matter how cute. how do I get over this?
