I spread out all of my pants to look at the tags and I have 4's, 5's, 5/6's, 7's, 8's AND one 9.

I don't know what happened but none of them match in size.

Does this happen to anyone else?

  1. YES

    and they all fit

  2. haha no but when i went to my friend's house and i was helping her find something nice to wear i saw sizes 3-9 and was like, whoa?!

  3. kinda

my jeans always stretch out so i have sizes

    4-8

    its perfectly normal

  4. no not that different

  5. This happens when people don't try clothes on before buying them.  They hold them up and say "yeh, that looks like it'll fit."

  6. it doesnt happen to me im always 00....

i guess it depends on the brand

  7. yeah its just because all different brands of jeans

fit differently. i could be a three in one pair

and a 7 in another. it all depends on the pants.

  8. It is normal to have old jeans in your closet that you don't wear anymore. And people obviously change sizes slightly over the years. But it is even more normal for stores to size clothing differently.  So, while you have multiple sizes in your closet, if they fit you, then they're all the same size, despite the label.

  9. It happens! Haha.

  10. haha yeah same here

  11. It's because not all stores make pants exactly the same and with the same size labeling.  Even sometimes in the same store one can be a different size in one pair of pants and then a different in another pair.  This happens to everyone and it's because not all pants are made the same and with the same fit.

  12. haha yeah. brands vary a LOT, plus it depends on which section you shop it. i have a pair of 14 y/o jeans from the kids' section in Target, a size 4 from AE, a size 2 in some from Nordstrom... it goes on. The style could change how each size fits on you as well (skinny jeans versus wide or flared).

  13. i have different sizes too. i think i have like 3 different sizes. lol but it's normal different brands size differently and people grow out of jeans all the time.

  14. no i am only one size

  15. I don't think it's abnormal at all. My jeans sizes range over 3 sizes easily.

  16. Different companies size things differently, so it's possible.

  17. If they are kind of old it is.
