  1. Not really.  Make sure you warm up prior to lifting weights.  20 minutes of cardio should loosen you up.

  2. According to doctors I've spoken to, this is just the sound of air moving in a cartilage capsule, or a tendon shifting over a bone.  If it doesn't hurt, it's nothing to worry about.  I know that when my muscle mass is increasing I often feel or hear those clicks as my body adjusts to changing internal geometry.  In my case, though, I notice them when I'm not exercising.

  3. No, it's harmful for your joints. Eat fish oil and it might help to lubricate your joints.   You might be doing it wrong.

  4. no,it's not okay maybe you should go the doctor.

  5. i think its just ur bone cracking like when u crack ur knuckles. i sometimes get this too. just eat allot of bannanas, milk, and water!!! believe me even though it sounds crazy they help allot! if the problem persists than see a doc!

  6. I assume you experience two clicks on a Monday, four on a Wednesday, swiftly followed by six on a Friday.

This could be your body clock indicating the current day of the week, as Monday is the second day of the week, and so on.

On a serious note, yes it's perfectly normal, no need to worry.

  7. i have that in my foot without lifting weights or owt, i just happens when i walk. i would suggest you rest for a while and it maybe fine, also maybe support it with something, my foot doesnt click when i wear walking boots or something high sided, so maybe wrap your shoulder in a bandage.. idk otherwise
