Is it normal to have a shaky/jittery feeling when starting on Cymbalta? ?

I just started taking it again after a long reprimand from my therapist and it's making my really anxious feeling and jittery. My doc said it should go away, but is this normal?

  1. When I first started taking Cymbalta, I only remember feeling a little nauseous right after taking the dose.  This went away after about one week.  Be sure to tell your doctor you are having a shaky/jittery feeling.

    Call him/her before your next appointment.  Don't wait for your next appointment to discuss this.   Please take care of yourself. Best Wishes.


  2. Yes it is normal but I had to stop mine just recently because I was having racing thoughts and was some what hateful .Good luck to you
