Is it normal to have blood in socket 3 days after wisdom extraction?

So after dinner tonight i had some chicken stuck in my hole after wisdom extraction. I took a hook and touched my gums gently to try to pull the piece of chicken out. There was blood on the hook. Is this normal 3 days after?

Yes it is still healing, I would gently rinse with salt water and chew on the other side if possible. Try not to dig around and irritate the area to much.  Not to worry. :)
