totally. you can have spots anywhere on your body. i have spots on my s*****m too and have never exposed it to the sun. my bro also has spots there and on his p***s too. just keep an eye on it to make sure its not changing. if it changes in size or pigmentation, get it checked by a dermatologist to be sure it's not cancerous.

yep, that part of your body is not exempt from getting moles.

Sure, it's just like any other part of your body.  Of course, you need to watch them for any change and if they do change, don't waste any time getting to a dermatologist.
