Is it normal to shake 9 hours after donating blood.?

My Girl Friend donated blood today at 330pm and its now 1 am the next morning and she feels light headed. and is shaking but she isnt cold. Is this the result of the blood donation. or should i take her to the ER becasue its something different?

There is a big possibility that such was brought about by her blood donation.......take her to expert medical help.  Various checks are often followed before blood donating is allowed but accidents happen, and some imperatives are mistakenly bypassed.  Loss of blood is a serious matter to ignore, take action immediate, and appropriate.

No, it is not normal.  You should have a physician, preferably an internist, give you a complete physical.  Depending on the results he might send you to another specialist, probably a neurologist.
