Is it normal to shave your pubic hairs ?

Yes, many girls feel insecure about it, or just don't like it, so they shave it.  Some shave it all off, some just trim it so it's not so long, and some just shave the area where it goes past their bikini line, so others can't see it while changing or swimming.  It is normal, don't worry about it.  The only bad thing is, shaving down there gives you yucky razor bumps.  So if you shave the area around the bikini line, then people can see the bumps and tell that you shaved down there.

But if you shave it, you can cut yourself, ingrown hairs and it will come back prickley.

Wax, or hair removal cream is a good option.

Waxing down there doesnt really hurt that much,

A brazilian wax probably would, but generally it doesnt if you dont have a brizilian,

Yes a lot of people shave in that area. It's wise not to use a razor though as you can cut yourself and you can get ingrown hairs. Many people (including myself) use bikini trimmers. Others use hair removal creams, wax or just scissors.
