  1. holy c**p, yes i would call your gyno.....i didnt have any pain at ALL even days after much less weeks. have you noticed any pelvic swelling or fever or anything else that would suggest infection? just to be on the safe side though i would absolutely have it checked out.  i have the firm philosophy that its better to be safe than sorry. good luck hun

  2. It apparently takes time for the scar tissue to heal up (up to a year even). I had it done almost a year ago, and now every other period (it's the right ovary giving me issue) is UNBEARABLE. Like, gut wrenching, doubled over in pain, screaming crying, KILL ME... kind of pain. I told my doctor, and he was sympathetic. He gave me a prescription for my pain killer of choice, Vicoden. Now, when I get the pain, I take a half a Vicoden, and sleep it off. Luckily, it's only for the first day of my period, and slowly but surly it is getting better.

I would call your doctor and see what he can do for your pain management while you heal up. Good luck!
