I've gotten horny riding in a car across the Causeway which is the longest bridge in the world down here near New Orleans, Louisiana.  its b/c there is a slight bump every second when you drive over the cracks between the panels of cement.  its like a vibrator but not really.  So I guess maybe its kinda the same as your situation??

Yes because of the vibration of the bus.  It depends largely on how close to the wheel axels you are.  The closer you are the more likely you are to get a semi.  This is because the nerves at the base of your spine are stimulated much the same as the onset of sexual activity due to the vibration.  In a car it is different, you are closer to the road and there isn't the same vibration.

Well it is possible but a bit of a logistical problem.  You will have to check the supporting structure of the cab of the bus to make sure it supports the weight of...

Oh my!  You say it happens every time?  And the city allows this?  This seems an odd way to transport a semi - on a bus?  I mean, usually they use another semi to pull the semi from one place to another... necessary of course if the semi is broken or somehow mechanically deficient.

In my experience though semi's are rather robust and rarely break down if properly maintained.

I see very little incentive for your city to advocate having semi's on buses.  The riders should take priority.
