  2. I think you should have clarity in mind as to what is that you wish to ask. How can the exercise of a right be a violation? A violation is when your right is taken away. If the elected representative is not functioning, recall should be a right and it is only fit and proper that the voter is asked to exercise his right to elect some one more fit for the post of a representative. Recall is certainly not a violation of the rights of the representative as he is not representing the people who elected him.
