  1. It is when they start destroying other peoples property for no reason.

  2. no.

  3. Nope, that is unacceptable, and the warning sign of a fascist regime.

  4. so its all the republicans fault..the democratic congress has nothing to do with it..yeah i see your logic...personally they should be ashamed..there is no reason to set stuff on fire in a street and damage other peoples property.if it takes beating some sense into their heads i guess thats what it takes...it would  a little different if you were defending a child..from an attacker...but they werent..they were making asses of themselves..to draw away from the convention...if you dont want high gas..ride a bike..if you use it you are saying yeah i dont mind the price..its that simple boycott...

  5. it's not only OK, but it's also really fun

  6. Protesters yes

    Rioters no

Libs generally can't tell the difference

  7. Not if they're being violent and endangering peoples' lives.

  8. 10,000 non-violent demonstrators and less than 300 arrested (including many press doing their job taking video).

Who has the most to gain by dismissing the demonstrators as mad anarchists wearing black masks?

The FBI was well-known for using agents to provoke anti-war groups to violence so they could be arrested. Now it seems the Secret Service is doing Bush's work with preemptive arrests.

No, it takes a special sort of policeman to do what was done recently in Saint Paul.

    Preemptive arrest=Police State

“Since Friday, local police and sheriffs, working with the FBI, conducted preemptive searches, seizures and arrests. Glenn Greenwald described the targeting of protestors by "teams of 25-30 officers in riot gear, with semi-automatic weapons drawn, entering homes of those suspected of planning protests, handcuffing and forcing them to lay on the floor, while law enforcement officers searched the homes, seizing computers, journals, and political pamphlets." Journalists were detained at gunpoint and lawyers representing detainees were handcuffed at the scene.”
