ok so i like this dude so much and well i sit at a table and he sits infront of me so hes faceing me and im faceing him and well his eyes are absoloutly goergouse i mean big brownish blackish and spikey hair and i always kinda look at him and when he looks at me i stare him in the eyes then quickly look away is it really obviouse plus when i asked why the scale was close to me pretending to be clasterfobic and he said while looking in my eyes it probebly likes you doe he like me and do you think i like him oh and im 13

Sounds to me like you like each other.  Take the bull by the horns and just ask him to go to a movie or something.  Maybe he's too shy to ask you.
