is it ok, to be in love with your cousin on your mom's side, who has a different surname from you? will anything happen if they get marred and have babies?

No it's not ok to be in love with your cousin even if they are on your mom's side they are still family.  Doesn't matter if they have a different surname from you it's still incest and that's just plain wrong!

it all depends how old u are couse i used to have crush on one of my cousins when i was younger

oh and about the babies yes there is problems

it could come out deformed or stuff like that ..I learned that in biology class lol

but i guess its ok as long as u dont get married and have babies

These guys are idiots. It's fine -- I'm in a relationship with my cousin on my DADS side after all~

And deformities can happen no matter who you marry and have children with. With cousins the percent only increases roughly 1.5 - 2.7 points. And the percent for normal couples is roughly 2 - 3%, so it does not raise much.
