No. I don't think its right. Let me clearify this, if he is visiting and your parents are aware of it and okay with it then yes. But this does not mean that he shoud sleep in your room, a guest room or the couch will do. If he is sleeping over and your parents are  not home or not aware that he is coming over then no he shouldn't be spending the night over their house. Remember they pay the bills, they supply you with what you have. That would be very disrepectful. On the other hand if you pay rent and have a set of rules that have been agreed upon then by all means do you. Anything else he should get a room and you sleep over with him.

Yes, it is perfectly acceptable to bring your boyfriend over. Depending on what your parents are like, he will most likely have to sleep in the guest bedroom/couch.

I'd still make arrangements with your parents before.

It is a case by case basis.  How do the parents feel?  Does the girl pay rent?  Are they disturbing other members of the house hold?

No.  If you are old enough to have a boyfriend sleepover then you are old enough to pay for your own place to live.  Show some respect to your parents.  

Pardon me, but I assumed he would be sharing your bed.  If I was your mother I would be glad to let your boyfriend sleep on the couch in the front room if he was in town for the weekend.
