If the time masturbating is not causing another problem in your life, like being late for something or skipping something more important completely, then I think it is a normal and natural thing to do at your age.

Also, I think that watching a reasonable amount of p**n is a very personal thing to do. If your girlfriend has a problem with it then you will need to discuss it with her and come to some resolution.
