Not only is it not okay but its illegal.

If a salary manager can't at least fit a half hour lunch in a whole days work, then there's something seriously wrong with either the structure or the time management.  I can understand it happening once in a while...we've all had important deadlines to meet with major catastrophes.

Going every day like that is going to burn out the managers.  They, in turn, inevitably pass that stress down to their subordinates.  Not a good thing at all.
