Is it ok for a teen to do workouts that involve strength training?

Will strength training stunt a teens growth or do damage to his body. I'm not talking about extreme lifting or anything like that. Would basic strength training exercises to build body mass be ok for a teen.

  1. Yes, you are more likely to be injured because your bones are not fully developed.  Also, it could slow down any height growth you may have.


  2. No, it will not stunt ure growth, but  wait until 14 to make sure, i am 14  now and Fing ripped.
