my sister thinks it is ok for my niece to sleep with our step brother who is my nieces step uncle since the day she was born i think it is sick but she thinks i am the one who is crazy. please tell me is it ok.

only in certain states, but the step uncle also has to be father or brother to the niece.

GROSS!!!! That is so disgusting!!! It is wrong on so many levels! Why do your relatives believe incest is best? Sadly, the only course of action is if your niece is under 18.
