There's no real reason to have both, they connect to exactly the same network and display exactly the same results, but no, they will not harm your system if you run both at the same time.

Yes you can have both on your computer, but like the the other replier said, there is no need for both  They both work in the same way

Actually I got just limewire and it gave me alot of stupid pop-ups, I even deleted limewire and i still get them

I can't think of a reason to have both but if you do have both then it won't mess up your pc.

As long as they run through different network ports, it will work

They can't use the same port at the same time as that will conflict.
