Is it ok if I always handfeed?

I have two lionheads that seem to be almost blind. I need to make sure they eat their food so I have been handfeeding flakes and spinach and more. I have pellets that sink but the problem is they sink so fast and get burried in the rocks then the fish can't get to them. I don't want to just drop some flakes in because it is bad for goldfish to eat at the surface so is it ok to handfeed every day?

Yeah, just make sure your hands are clean with no soap residue or anything on them.

if your doing it for them and there health your being amazing people might flush them keep doing what you doing

I think it's fine that you are handfeeding. As long as the fish are fed they don't care how it is given to them. Just make sure you don't have any soap or lotion or anything on your hands while feeding which may harm the fish and water quality. (Even though I'm sure you already knew this).
