exercise 5 days a week and burn 1000 or so calories a day through exercise alone? Im 5'9 and 178 pounds.

  1. dont do this .....this is over training...

    if u overr train u will get sick..

    if u whant to loose weight u should find your calorie intake and then take about 250 calories away and train 30 minutes a day

    if this dosent work take another 50 off.

    5 minute warm up

    20 minute intense(((make sure u work hard between this 20)))

    5 minute cool down

    30 minute total

    work out 3-4 times a week


  2. 1000 calories a day is quite a lot! I would cut your calorie intake and also exercise, otherwise, you will be working out like, 4 or 5 hours a day!
