Is it ok if I flat iron my hair once every 2 weeks??

I'm trying to use less heat on my hair so it would be less damaging

That would be fine, straightening it every 2 weeks.

But before straightening it use a product to protect the heat from your hair, i use Tresemme heat tamer spray, it doesn't make your hair greasy and oily and it protects it from straighteners, hair dryers, and curlers.

And it's really cheep too, you can get it anywhere.

Yes.

Just invest in a good straightener (i personally like the Sedu)

and use heat protection, I straighten my hair everyday when

I have school and my hair is perfectly smooth and no split

ends or dryness.
