Is it ok if I take a jog for 15 minutes a day?

  5. umm well i would recommend jogging starting at least 5 minutes, 15 is too much and you might have some breathing problems, or your heart may have too much fat in it and you could collapse or even die. Please dont take your chances, run as much as u can cuz exercise is healthy, but dont over doit cuz it could be fatal.

  7. Even if you are asking, you already know what's best for you. 15 minutes a day sounds extremely short, but even that is better than not exercising at all. You should always start with what feels comfortable for you and work in building your stamina. Regardless of what physical activity you choose, consistency is the most important element. Use a calendar and a journal if possible; cross the days that you exercise, and log the distance and the lent of time you exercise; it puts it in perspective.
