Is it ok if i left my herbal conditioner in my hair for hours.. it makes my hair look all curly and shiny ?

i wash my hair with shampoo towel it and then put some of the conditioner and leave it without rinsing.. i wash it the next day.. can this damage my hair?

No it is actually good to leave it in over night here and there,,
