Is it ok if i put my contacts in this way?

Ok so this is what i do.I look up put my contacts on the white part of my eye then slide them up a little and then blink like 5 times and there usually fit.my doctor said to look up pace it on the white part then look down and blink.I have also tried placing the contact directly on my pupil its just that my eyes have a tendency of moving up or just blinking.so is my way ok?

yep! ive had contacts for like 10 years, it gets easier dont worry.
