Is it ok that i ate this today?

i had 1/3 of a vegetable sub from subway

1 small slice of pizza

1 granola bar

i have a good diet but is this unhealthy?

  4. most of it was healthy. you can't cut out all junk food just do it in moderation. and don't feel guilty about a little junk food. I hope this wasn't ALL you had ALL day. thats not healthy. but for 1 meal/sitting its fine.

    2 liters of pepsi

    thats what i call unhealthy.

  6. Subway is ok... as long as you get a whole grain bread with no cheese and you pick a light dressing.

    Pizza is just bad for you, no matter how you cut it.

    Granola is good!

  7. Depends on how old you are. But thats really not a healthy diet at all. You need more protien, more dairy,etc. Its three meals a day and two snacks. Like breakfast could be yogurt and a banana and some eggs,etc. Snack could be baby carrots and some cheese. Lunch could be some grilled chicken broccoli and brown rice,etc. On and on .Thats healthy if thats the way you want to eat. try talking to a nutritionist.

    And add fruit and veg in - remember 5 PORTIONS a day, not 5 slices

    Subway is good, lots of kcal, and in response to th pizza, it's fine to have some maybe once a week but not everyday.

  9. Subway is the way to go, good job! But... However as for the slice of pizza, not a good thing to do. You always want to cut out all junk foods. And I'm sure you know pizza is junk food right? But don't worry, I feel for you. I just ate a funnel cake on my diet. :'(

  10. SOUNDS PRETTY HEALTHY TO ME...BUT REALLY HOW "SMALL" WAS THIS PIZZA?!!!!!!!! LOL

  11. To be honest....no, your diet while it is low in calories you are extremely difficient in protein and fiber from fresh vegetables and fruit.

    You're diet is extremely high in refined (bad) carbs from all that white bread in the sub and pizza crust. Also granola while good on complex carbs does have ALOT of sugar and the pizza has alot of saturated fat in the cheese.
