As the first person said it is fine, I am a former chef and the 2 teas vary slightly not in taste but size, some are larger and rolled were other shorter and cut.

I would say use the same amount unless it is real fine and then cut back if so by 1/3, it can overpower the delicate flavour and taste of fresh or saltwater prawns, here in Canada we would use a large 8-10 shrimp, the blue prawns are nice in Australia. I worked in Singapore with an Aussie pastry chef, and any time we got them he would grab a few for his lunch.
